Who we are and why we do what we do
Haven Help Desk is a locally owned business located in High Springs, Florida. The owner, Shawn Bailey, has always had a passion for computers and repairing them for friends and family. This led Shawn to get certified in computer repair. Shawn is a CompTIA A+ certified technician and want to share his passion with others.
Shawn had been working in the banking industry since 1996. Circumstance changed in 2017, and he thought this was the right time to fully devote his time to what he truly enjoys doing and finding satisfaction:

I took my business computer to another repair place, they attempted to retrieve my data but was unsuccessful at retrieving most of it and was told I would have to completely wipe my computer and reinstall windows. After that I would have been responsible to download and set up all my apps and programs on my own. He was able to not only save ALL my data but also reinstalled all my programs and did not leave until he made sure I was good to go. The only thing I had to do was login to the programs.
